Arc Labs AS (organisasjonsnummer 937980884) was founded by Catherina Al Skaff, who serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Catherina Al Skaff, also written Catherine Al Skaff, Catherina Alskaff and Catherine Alskaff, is a software engineer and venture builder based in Oslo, Norway.
